School Days & Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:15am start time; 3:00pm dismissal time.
Before School Care will run 7:15am - 8:00am. After School Care will begin 3:15pm; final pick up by 5:30pm. Both are charged at $4 per hour.

Supply List: You can view the supply list by grade level here. Please work that your student has the listed supplies for the first day of school.
Uniform Policy: You can view the current uniform policy here. For Uniform Ordering: please visit our specific school uniform French Toast store found here!
Lunch Form: All families are invited and encouraged to fill out the Free/Reduced lunch application, even if you do not plan for your student to receive school lunch. You can access the application here. Lunch orders will need to be submitted to Ms. Hibler during the school year so she has an accurate lunch count.

Medical Liability Waivers: Per State of Illinois compliance, we are required to have information on file for students regarding medications. Please read the following files to see what is required and how to properly label medications. Information Letter | Liability Waiver

Medical/Dental/Vision Forms: if you need blank copies of the Medical/Immunization, Dental, or Vision form they can be found here.
